ProSolutions is looking for a subcontractor to conduct mystery shops to our hotel clients. These calls involve the shopper posing as a customer interested in either booking a meeting, catering function, or room block at a hotel. Mystery Shoppers will speak to managers in the sales and catering office for the sales calls, and therefore, will need a quiet space while on these calls. All calls will be recorded and a comprehensive evaluation will be written up for each shop call, providing training comments and feedback. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office. All project work can be conducted from home through the use of phone and email. Qualified candidates are those who can work from home for 10-20 hours per week and have good customer service and computer skills (must have access to a PC with Microsoft Excel, no Mac versions of Excel).
